Description: Scholarship is open to high school juniors who live within Spokane (Washington) or Kootenai (Idaho) counties, have a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have contributed to their community as demonstrated by involvement in extracurricular activities, work, religious, or volunteer activities. Up to three juniors per school are eligible to apply – applicant must contact and be approved by a school official to submit an EWISP scholarship application.
