Description: Scholarship is open to middle school and high school students, as well as college undergraduates who are under the age of 25. Applicant must submit a 3-6 minute short film that raises awareness about critical issues affecting women and girls around the world OR propose solutions to critical challenges faced by women.

Structures of Hospitality Excellence (SOHE) Scholarship

Amount: $10,000.00
Closing Date: October 15, 2025
Description: Scholarship is open to actively enrolled 4-year sophomores/second year students and above, as well as graduate level students with at least a 3.0 GPA. Applicant must be majoring in architecture, construction management, civil or environmental engineering, or project management with a career objective in the hospitality industry.

Varsity Tutors College Scholarship Contest
Sponsor: Varsity Tutors
Amount: $200.00
Closing Date: October 15, 2025
Description: Scholarship is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 16 years of age or older. Applicant must submit an essay on the following prompt: “Describe an important lesson you’ve learned from a fictional character in a book.”

Veterinary Student Scholarships
Sponsor: Nebraska Veterinary Medical Association

Description: Scholarship is open to students who have completed two semesters of veterinary education and are pursuing completion of the professional program. Applicant must be a graduate of a Nebraska High School or State of Nebraska approved Home School program.

Women in Aviation International Scholarships
Sponsor: Women in Aviation International

Closing Date: October 15, 2025
Description: Scholarships are open to current college students who are studying aviation (or a related field) and who are members of Women in Aviation International. While some scholarships require applicants to be women, there are some scholarships open to both women and men.

BEA Scholarship
Sponsor: Broadcast Education Association (BEA)
Amount: Up to $4,000
Closing Date: October 16, 2025
Description: Scholarship is open to current college juniors, seniors, and graduate students attending a BEA Member institution. Applicant must be studying radio, television, or other electronic media.

Home Depot Scholarship Program
Sponsor: UNCF | Home Depot
Amount: $2,500.00
Closing Date: October 16, 2025
Description: Scholarship is open to students enrolled full-time at any public or private Historically Black College or University (HBCU) who have at least a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students who are pursuing a degree program in construction management or technology.

Washington State Opportunity Scholarship – Career & Technical
Sponsor: Washington State Opportunity Scholarship
Amount: Up to $1,500
Closing Date: October 16, 2025
Description: Scholarship is open to Washington students who will enroll in an approved program, such as welding, manufacturing or IT, at one of Washington’s 34 community and technical colleges.

Daniels Scholarship Program
Sponsor: Daniels Fund

Closing Date: October 17, 2025
Description: Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors from schools in Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, or Wyoming. Applicant must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States and demonstrate financial need. Applicant must demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and a commitment to serving their communities.

Playstation Career Pathways Program
Sponsor: UNCF
Amount: Up to $30,000 over a three-year period
Closing Date: October 17, 2025
Description: Program is open to students currently enrolled full-time as a undergraduate degree at any UNCF member institution, other HBCU, or an accredited four -year U.S. institution. Applicant must be studying general business (marketing, finance, human resources, legal, communications, business operations, sales, and many more), technical engineering areas (software engineering, platform experience, future technology group, QA, IT & Security and many more), or Creative Game Design areas (art & animation, programming, development, audio & music, scriptwriting & storytelling, and many more).
